 Used this  rapidfire chimney starter  to get my charcoals going for the grill. I found that placing a sheet of aluminum foil on top as a lid helped expedite the process.

 After 24 hours  in the fridge of dry marinading in  Emeril's   dry rub recipe , the ribs prepare to meet the heat.

 Started the grill low & slow to for ultra tenderness.

 Parents got hungry sooner then expected, so started another batch of coals to turn up the heat!

 After ~2.5 hours of low-temp grilling, I brushed sweet BBQ sauce on the ribs and finished them off in high heat.

 Applied one more slathering of sauce after taking out the ribs from the grill. Plated and ready to go!

 Not as tender as I would've liked, but still turned out great! Loved the dry rub + wet sauce combo.
