WHAT TO EAT: Only had the burgers so far
EATER TIP: Pair with a wide selection of fine wines or cold craft brews

Eureka! Tasting Kitchen is a hidden gem — it's snuggly tucked between a relief airport and SpaceX, two places you normally wouldn't find yourself unless you were interested in flying to Vegas or planet Mars. Recommended by Charlie, a good friend of mine who works at SpaceX, Eureka's offers elevated comfort foods using locally sourced ingredients.

LOLLIPOP CORN DOGS — fun to eat but nothing more than a cute presentation

The restaurant ambiance is chill but the focus on food is refined without being frou frou (yeah, I like that). I had the Bone Marrow Burger which looked to be the burger to get; the bone marrow porcini butter was subtle but worthwhile. Stacy had the Original Eureka! Burger and Charlie spiced things up with the Jalapeño Egg Burger with a tortilla casing instead of a bun (now that's advanced thinking!). We also started off with Lollipop Corn Dogs which tasted like a kids item but was still fun to try.

Fast and friendly service, delicious drinks and food — it's no wonder many workers nearby frequent this joint for their social meetings. Will come here again, thanks Charlie!
